Owner Advisor
The Owner Advisor is instrumental in developing a collaborative project delivery strategy to deliver the
desired project outcomes. They serve as an extension of the Owner’s staff and possess the technical, facilitative
and leadership skills necessary for the entire project team to succeed. The role of the Owner Advisor includes
aligning the project delivery process with critical needs, timely decision-making, and facilitating the project’s
goals for performance, compliance, and success.
The Owner Advisor serves without conflict of interest, guides the process, and serves as the point of contact
for the Owner. The Owner Advisor aligns the entire project team with the Owner’s vision for the project.
